Holidays in Shushan

Food is great, wine is even better, but travel really hits the spot! So isn’t it about time you sunk your teeth into the Hefei neighbourhood of Shushan? With some brilliant things to see and experience here, it's not difficult to understand why 3,300,000 people call this interesting city home. Shushan is located 25 kilometres south of the city centre. If you're on your way there from Xinqiao International Airport (HFE), flag down a taxi or hop on some public transport and head southeast for 25 kilometres.

The University of Science and Technology of China and the Hefei Botanical Garden are two not-to-be-missed attractions, and lucky for you, they're not too far away. The Anhui University and the Hefei Wildlife Park should also keep you entertained.

You never quite know what you'll uncover when walking around the fascinating collections of the Anhui Province Geological Museum, Anhui Celebrity Wax Museum, AnHuiSheng KeXue JiShuGuan and the Anhui Science and Technology Museum.
