Had the room booked months in advance was not able to check-in until after 5 o'clock, requested elderly handicap accessible booking, was put on the 10th floor, the hotel elevator keys were ridiculous for several guests, and had to be replaced multiple times a day.
Rooms were freezing cold, somehat clean, had items in fridge left from prior guest, the pool was super hot the first night the hot tub was dirty as well as the pool area No promotions or offers at the casino. Elevator in casino barely worked - if you could get on it. Lots of room for improvements!
