Fantastic location. Modern well maintained good sized rooms. Parking was conveniently located within a less than 5 minute walk Check in, sadly was less than friendly or efficient.

Booked an executive room. On first impressions it looked good but then you notice where it hasn’t been well maintained or cared for. The most worrying thing was the brown slightly orange stains on the bed cover in two places. I can only hope they were scorch marks from ironing. Bath had marks and chips, no power points near the bed for phone etc. Staff were all helpful and pleasant but despite that I wouldn’t stay again unless rooms have had a facelift.

The breakfast was first class as were the two staff, Very pleased indeed

Excellent overnight business stop over, oldy world charm with a boutique feel and modern recent refit, lovely staff and excellent city centre location.

The hotel is great, just think the bar is understaffed and slow service. The hotel would benefit from an experienced bar staff. That said the staff are pleasant they just lack the bar training and experience.
