Great hotel but bathroom can be improved

Excellent service from staff onsite. However the rooms don’t come with a bathroom door, the curtains don’t seem to suit the hotel as an SLH category hotel. Bath tubs are not really necessary and I feel bathroom decor could be improved for better comfort.

Fantastic. If you’re looking for an upscale experience, do this. It’s right on Myeongdong, so if you want to go there, this is your hotel. It’s a smaller hotel but it’s a luxury hotel. While we were visiting the roof, had Jackie Chans car from one of his movies, they had borrowed it so we took some pictures there, which was pretty cool. Staff are attentive and there’s a laundromat on the roof, when you walk out, there’s literally restaurants 5 feet away. We would stay here again. We were a family of four and we all fit in their room.

A gem inside myeondong.

A great hotel inside Myeondong. A spacious room, a nice bathroom and delicious breakfast. Restaurants and shops are just a few steps from the hotel. Even the train station is just a few meters away.

In the heart of Myeongdong

Hotel28 is a really pleasant experience with the friendliest staff you will ever encounter in Seoul. Wish It was a little more spacious, as the bed had barely enough room to the sides. It is also right in the heart of Myeongdong, so you can spend your entire stay exploring, eating and shopping in one of the most popular tourist areas. There’s also literally a Din Tai Fung in the hotel on the 2nd floor. It is also across the street from Lottie Department Store and not far from the subway station. Would recommend using taxi apps to enter Hotel28 as destination, Korean cab drivers couldn’t find it using Hangul.

Amazing experience from top to bottom. Staff is absolutely amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better location for shopping and dining. Right in the heart of Myeongdong. Very close to bus and subway.

Bad room design especially toilets

I don't like the layout for the twin room. Wasted space and inefficient layout for toilets. Just a curtain which does not really cover the toilets instead of doors. Therefore only 1 person can use when another is bathing. The bathtub in the centre is just a waste of space. Most important is that the bathroom doors should be frosted so that two persons can use the toilet at the same time. The curtain is just an extremely bad design. The room is seriously badly designed.
