Beautiful property! Nice and clean rooms. Not sure what the resort fee is for as there is no extra facilities or activities that a normal hotel doesn’t have. They claim they have an activity room online but when you go they said it closed down. No waters or anything in the room. No breakfast included, all things a resort fee usually covers. That would be my only negative review is don’t charge a resort fee for offering nothing extra.

Room was great and clean! Pool area is lovely and even a spot to watch the sky is available. Front desk for check in could work on their attitudes. Amenities desk is much nicer. I was mostly disappointed that coffee was hard to come by aside from the maker in the room. My preference. At 5am I attempted to utilize the front desk via phone for help or suggestions and was met with " im sorry thats happening to you." I even attempted to ask for directional help after this encounter and again met with no aid and attitude. Wouldnt come back.

I was approached by Hilton representatives and invited to a timeshare presentation. What made me uncomfortable was that the process took a significant amount of my time, and there were repeated attempts to push me toward signing documents through entertainment and pressure tactics. I understand sales efforts, but this experience did not feel transparent or respectful of my time, and I did not find it appropriate.
