Decent food options. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and monorail to get to pikes place. Beds were comfortable. Rooms clean. A little noisy, from neighbors. Free breakfast is a bit of a mad house.

Limited, substandard food choices at hotel bar. Food dry and tasteless. Need to leave hotel for food. No turn down service. Slept on lumpy pullout bed. Had to make bed myself. Will not consider this hotel again. Expensive and not worth the expense.

Great location for local attractions. Staff were all pleasant and professional. The hotel only has 2 elevators that are busy during checkin and out periods. Surprisingly, the hotel does not have a service elevator, making it difficult for house cleaning and maintenance staff to efficiently do their jobs.

The room was spacious with a kitchen and living room and a nice view of the Space Needle. We were there for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena and it was a short ten minute walk from the hotel.

Did not receive text that check in was available. No flexibility with early check in or late check out. No pool or hot tub etc. Heavy elevator traffic. Expensive parking and not much around for street parking. Great breakfast, large lobby, convenient rooms for larger groups and good location.

Great hotel near Seattle attractions.

Great location so close to the space needle and other attractions. Appreciated the parking options both onsite and at their sister hotel only a few blocks away. Only stayed a night but having the kitchenette would have been great on a longer stay. The pull out couch was a sectional so great for lounging and for extra sleeping! Nice breakfast that included hot items not just muffins/cereal. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
