Everything at the hotel was excellent, especially Spring and Steve and the rest of the food service workers. The only thing we did not enjoy was the parking issue. The location was great for walking or using the free shuttle service. Using the parking ramp was not easy because nothing was set up for an easy in and out of the hotel. We had to watch carefully for cars pulling in and out for the valet service and it was tricky to walk to the ramp and tough to drive in this part of Savannah.

The rooms were very spacious ( suite) the staff very nice and helpful. 1 small deficit was there was a problem with a HDMI cable to tv was not working. Staff got it fixed within the hour.
