Beautiful and cozy Villa with swimming pool in the middle of nature.

This beautiful country house is located near the village Es Llombards near the town of Santanyí, where you will find all the services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, etc., also some of the best beaches of the island, like Cala Llombards and S'Almoina, which are only 5 minutes away by car.

The typical Majorcan finca has 200 m² of living space and is prepared for 6 people.
Upon entering the house, you enter the spacious dining room, followed by the fully equipped kitchen. There is a cosy living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV and WiFi.
Three bedrooms are available (1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.

Near the main house there is a small "casita" with a barbecue, another dining table and water connection.

The cozy finca has a special charm, especially in the outdoor areas, which are delicately cared for and maintain the splendour of the old natural stone walls. In the beautiful garden there are all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several cosy living areas.

The large 8x4m swimming pool offers pleasant moments on hot summer days and the comfortable loungers are ready to relax.
