Excellent hotel check in too long

Excellent hotel, fantastic location and room very good. The check in though took way too long with keep being asked for passports and credit card over and over again. 20 minutes is way too long. Don't know if the girl was new but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was very pleasant though

Wonderful service. I had to park my car in a public parking lot and when I retrieved my car, one of the hotel workers accompanied me. Thank goodness, because it was actually very complicated. That was above and beyond.

Beautiful Space

A wonderful stay across the board. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. Very close to Concha Beach and completely walkable to all the main attractions.
