The rooms were clean, smelled great and fit the theme of our tropical vacation. The staff were so helpful at check in. We were able to enjoy the beautiful nearby beach, which was just a couple of blocks away and an easy walk. The beach was clean and the water was clear and calm. My children loved the pool and we all enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Room Decent Rude Check In Team Member

The hotel was fine for a 1 night stay. It’s very noisy with doors slamming at all hours. We arrived way before check in and they gave us a key to use the pool beach etc until the room was ready. They said they would text or call when it was. Around 2pm my husband went to check on the ETA for the room and the desk clerk Victoria was very rude and dismissive to him. She said “my computer is very slow I will get to you when I get to you” and then proceed to check in 3 other families with no issue. I walked over and talked to the gentleman and asked for an ETA and he was so kind. Wouldn’t you know the room was ready. I appreciated his kindness and let him know how Victoria spoke to my husband. He apologized and offered to get a supervisor which I declined I didn’t want to cause a scene. Based on her attitude I wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Since I was not at the Hotel during the Days. The only problem or concern is with noise from the Fridge & AC during the night -very loud. Also the Shower Drain needs looking into.
