We loved it here. It’s a family friendly environment with continental breakfast, happy hour for parents, and the food at the pool was some of the best on the entire trip. Highly recommend the ribeye. Thank you for an unforgettable family trip!

The hotel was in a nice area in Isla Verde within easy walking distance to restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was attentive to the needs of their guests. I would definitely recommend.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the free breakfast. I never took advantage of the happy hour so I can't rate the experience. I made it a point to just shower and sleep and I did not feel comfortable lounging in the room. It's dark and gloomy, the accent chair in the room had a 1980's look and was soiled, the outlet next to by the bed was dangling off the wall, causing a fire hazard or allowing an entry way for rodents. I was not impressed with the hotel, but I can admit the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
