We got there and the young lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile. She asked why we were there and I told her my child wanted to stay at a hotel. She made it a point to greet him and make him feel happy to be there. The room was spotless. The beds were not super soft but not too firm either. The next morning we didn't know where to go for breakfast and the valet guy was very nice and recommended a few spots. It was a wonderful experience. We would definitely go back.

The valet parking fee is $65 and I find that to be a little steep. Also, when I checked out on Thursday morning (Thanksgiving) the valet attendant was inside the lobby of the hotel. He didn’t offer to help with luggage or open any doors. He just handed me my keys.

The room was clean and the property nice and tidy. The staff were pleasant but not very warm. Pool area was lovely. I wish there was better soundproofing on the street side rooms, even with the white noise machine it was unbearable. For a loud street it really needs some more thought.
