Hotel not Accessible

Was not able to get to hotel due to Parade and road closures downtown. I called multiple times to the hotel for help or advice and got no help. After 2 hours we gave up. Hotels.com reports that you denied a refund but I am waiting on a call from hotel manager to get report on why that is denied.

I really enjoyed my stay, the location of the property is very good. Bad thing the beds are too soft and there is a side of the building that faces a bar, windows are not sealed so there is a lot of noise in the room

From the time we pulled in to the time we left, everyone was so friendly and did an amazing job! You can tell they really enjoyed their jobs! The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable as always!

Perfect location for walking to the River Walk, the Alamo and all of the shops around the Alamo, River Walk and hotel neighborhood. Especially liked sitting on the lobby balcony at night listening to the music from Devils River Distillery across the street and the view from the rooftop pool and sitting area.
