What a fantastic stay! I haven't left many properties that really felt like home. This staff, from management to trash cleanup at mealtimes was phenomenal. They were kind, welcoming, and one of the meal cleanup workers saw my daughter sitting on the floor (it was busy and tables were full) so he went out of his way to get her another chair, and he did this joyfully. Breakfast is plentiful and they are so quick to refill food items. Tons of staff around to assist. Dinner is free as well! We only stayed two nights and the first night was pasta and baked potatoes with salad as well as hot dogs. The second night was tacos, nachos and hot dogs. Each night every adult gets 3 free alcoholic beverages. It was clean, comfortable and you have direct access to the Riverwalk. Honestly, even all the folks staying there were super friendly! The pool is rooftop, and I will say it's pretty small. However, we had room to get in the pool and again people were nice enough to let us use one of their chairs to put our coverups and bag on. There were 2 hot tubs up there as well. The building is beautiful inside, 6 elevators that move quickly, and again I can't say enough about the staff. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Check nights on the calendar and you can see nightly prices as they vary. The only parking is valet, which with tax is about 45 per night, but if you're going to the Riverwalk anyway you'll have to pay to park. A superb stay.

Hotel was nice and $43 parking was expected. Why not just add parking rates? Cost more to park than meals!😩. People are extremely nice and helpful all over hotel.

Our stay was great! All the staff we met anywhere were amazingly friendly! We enjoyed the evening snacks and drinks each day! Loved the atmosphere! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Not the first time I stayed there and won’t be the last this is one of those hotels that you will come back over and over because they don’t disappoint., walking distance from anything and everywhere… access to the Riverwalk is a plus. Will be back.
