As many have already stated this location is close to almost everything that we wanted to see in San Antonio. We went there when the weather was reasonable and with the exception of the food offered by the hotel (which was free so no complaints at all), everything else about our stay there was just perfect. Definitely a hidden gem for at a great value.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room and over all hotel were decent but I unfortunately left my toiletries bag on the back of the bathroom door and realized just hours later and I called to let them know and the manager was not available and never called me back, I called several times and there was never a manager available and when I finally received a call back, three days later, they said they did not have it. It was obviously stolen by an employee. It had my contacts and many other things that were needed and valuable. Not happy at all.

This hotel is nice on the outside! The lobby and th breakfast was decent. But the room was horrible, a very bad smell, the bathroom and the room was very old looking, not updated at all. I was so excited for the Jacuzzi tub that I paid extra for, and couldn’t even get into it it was so stained up and not appealing, I talked to a manager and I was supposed to stay 3 nights instead only stayed one because I was already in the room 45 minutes debating if I should even say anything, so I was going to be charged for the room for one night, still waiting on my refund for the other 2 nights.
