After horrible flight delays we got in at 2:30 am. The staff quickly got us to our room and we settled into a spacious, comfortable space. The breakfast included is amazing with so much to choose from and the free drinks and snacks late in the day are enough to make a dinner out of! When it was time to leave, our requested taxi had not arrived but they quickly got on it and had another there for us in minutes. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit San Antonio!

Firstly the location is great for everything Level 0 is for the Riverwalk, the Alamo is just around the corner ($7 for an Uber) The room was awesome views of the church was great, The roof top pool was incredible especially at night it’s a must! The only downside is if you are on the wrong side of the building dear lord it’s a maze and you’re exhausted just going to the reception! It’s the only downside - I think the valet parking is good but a bit too over the top in price. But over all a great stay a great place and you will love the access to everything

The rooms outdated and not very clean. Bathrooms have no air vent and only one outlet. They don’t use trash liners and for as expensive but no amenities in fridge available or snacks in room to buy. They only offer water and soda fountain at breakfast and from 5:30-7 and no desserts 😞

My family came into town from Chicago and we had a very nice stay. The whole staff was friendly and went above and beyond for us. The roof top pool was very cool and refreshing. My only complaint would be the hot tub needs a little TLC. The bar was great fun too! Nice breakfast buffet spread and we enjoyed the free happy hour with drinks and snacks. All and all I would highly recommend this Drury Plaza!

Great facility, very clean, and a great location on the Riverwalk. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks in the evening, however it did get a little crowded and finding a seat could be challenging.

Lovely stay although room very dusty Lots of coughing and sneezing At check in my husband & I presumed valet would deliver luggage to our room After about an hour I called front desk & was informed that valet does not perform the Service this should have been communicated to me @ check in we were tired from driving all day And this issue made a very busy day All the more exhausting loved the lobby and history of the hotel the quality of the food @ the eve reception was very good loved the close proximity to the River Walk

This a great value for a hotel. Free breakfast which was top notch and the kickback at night could be your dinner and drinks for the evening. The staff and facilities were fantastic. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was superb.
