horrible stay and service. air condition wasn't working. phone in room was not working. called front desk from my cell phone, they didn't answer. had to get dressed and go downstairs at 10pm. they finally came up at 12am to fix it.

Front desk representative that night was rude and not knowledgeable when you step into the hotel itself and the rooms it had a smell. It was dirty and went and told about the situation. Nothing was done.

We thought our room was beautiful .The beds were delightful. The view was famtastic and we could even keep an eye on our car from our room. We felt safe and well cared for. The Bolo’s breakfast was yasty and a nice convenience especially with our discounted vouchers. We would definitely stay here again

Property is nice but beginning to be outdated as far as rooms go. We’ve stayed on the upper levels and the carpet was a little dirty but more worn than anything. Beds were very comfortable. Overall I would stay again but only one night.
