Na chegada. Nosso quarto não abria a porta fomos trocados para um outro quarto que nem o atendente conseguiu ficar devido as condições de limpeza. Trocamos pela 3ª vez e não tinha lençóis na cama de nossa filha demorou mas de 1h e desistimos dos lençóis e ficamos todos na mesma cama bem apertados. Café da manhã com pouca variedade

O quarto não foi limpo diariamente, o room service simplesmente ficava com o telefone fora do gancho todo o tempo, pois não consegui fazer pedido nenhuma vez. O funcionamento dos elevadores é pessimo, acumulando muitas pessoas à espera. Não é um uso racional ou econômico ; é colocar apenas um elevador de três para funcionar! Ninguém conseguia descer na primeira tentativa . Pouquíssima variação no café da manhã e as máquinas de café estavam sempre quebradas ou vazias.
