Though a 'Hilton' property, the check-in staff was dangerously inept.
The initial first three calls to confirm that we'd be arriving late should have been a warning. 'Paris' could not find our booking despite being read the confirmation email, and after much searching said that we were already in house...which we were not.
When we arrived she sent us to a room that already had guests staying it, and when we went down to change rooms, she did not believe us, and took a long period of time to finally get us another room without sheets for the pull-out bed that we needed another trip to her to get sheets.
In the morning, the manager gave the lame excuse that as we booked through a 'third party (Hotels.com)' there was nothing he could do.
Sameful customer service and potentially dangerous double booking rooms...do not stay here!
