This is most definitely a 5 star hotel stay!! The staff is incredible they go above and beyond on every level. From front desk reception restaurant service and housekeeping! Honestly I have been all over Europe France Spain and Italy Portugal New Zealand Australia and have stayed at many so called 5 star hotels and have never experienced the level of care and hospitality that I was given at this 10 star hotel.

Beautiful Place in Sapa

It was an amazing experience staying here and was an overall highlight to our stay in Vietnam. The property is beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. They got us to the train & cable car station asap and we were off to the adventure at Fanispan. I was so impressed with the lobby upon arrival that I immediately asked to be upgraded to a suite. This is a must stay when in Sapa.

The staff at this place are incredible. If you have any issues they will resolve it in matter of minutes. You have to do the trip to Fansipan as if you stay there you get a free upgrade to VIP and fast track. Take advantage of this as it will make the trip that much more convenient. One of the best places I’ve stayed and would recommend every time asked.

Every detail is thoughtfully designed, making the entire experience feel truly special. The service is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, always attentive and willing to assist with anything you need. They even escort you wherever you need to go, adding an extra touch of luxury and care. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Sapa, making it incredibly easy to explore the town on foot. I highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.
