Unexpectedly lovely, spacious, and included a private spa outside of the primary bedroom. Walls are thin though, so expect to hear your neighbours muffled voices and toilet time! Will stay again for the price, space, and private spa.

Excellent value beds could do with updating very firm. Heating needs to be updated too a heat pump . Latches broken on windows, one heater didnt work.otherwise would be happy to pay full price if these things were fixed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. i had forgotten to add on my kids (to much in a hurry) and when i rang to let them know they upgraded my room so the kids werent sleeping on a sofa bed.. and when my son lost the key they were very understanding.. the spa is always a win win with my family..

Pleasent staff, nice comfortable room, great having a private spa in the unit. One drawback was the security light straight outside the door, lit the room up quite a bit, maybe positioned slightly away from the door to stop the glare coming directly in through the curtains
