This was ideal as a stopover. Everything was clean and ready for us - thank you to our hosts. As a studio unit, there is not a full kitchen (to wash dishes) but toaster, jug and fridge were ideal. Mattress firm and very comfortable. Outside private spa bath was lovely, it rained overnight andbit was awesome sitting in the tub under small shelter roof and watching rain fall.

Host could barely speak a word of English, to the point where I almost wasn't able to check in. Smoke detector broken off ceiling, heated towel rail was broken, heating was broken.Tried to talk to Host through google translate. Heater was replaced, smoke alarm wasn't. That same day we never got house keeping and couldn't tell us why. Only given two very thin old towels. Stains on bedding, house keeping left our door unlocked after they did clean despite signage everywhere telling guests to make sure to lock up when going out.

I arrived early and asked if I could leave some luggage in a secure place. I was told no and no early checkin as the room was not ready. It turned out that it was ready so when the owner arrived about five minutes later they totally ignored me and told the receptionist it would cost an extra $20. The cost was not a problem as my luggage would be safe. The room was very tired and dirty in places this was not down to housekeeping but maintenance. Carpets were badly marked and in poor condition. The bathroom floor was not much better. There was no facilities to was the pots I had used and when I mentioned this I was informed it was not included. I didn’t try the jet bath outside as it looked like it had seen better days. Finally just before checkout everyone was treated to an almighty shouting match in mandarin between the male boss and male receptionist. Not once did I get a pleasant greeting or a simply hello. Need I say I’ll not be returning.

Stayed for two nights there was a ball of hair stuck to the ground in the shower and mold on the celiling above also the light outside by the spa did not work my partner asked for milk on the second night and was told you only get one milk per stay it was very small our tea and coffee was not refilled the room was unclean however we made the most of our stay and the beds were comfortable and the hosts were nice enough but we would not return

We chose this motel because it had such a high rating. Maybe the other rooms are better but ours was dated and seriously run down. It so needs a make over. Staff were friendly and it was clean but no amount of cleanliness can make up for aged and worn chattels.
