Great location and excellent staff. No air conditioning in the main building but ok. No lift to second floor.

The lodge was further out of town than we expected and on an unsealed road. Luckily we didn't meet anyone on the last stretch up to the lodge as it would have been a challenge to back down the driveway. Online it said that reception would be open when we arrived, but there was no-one around other than the bar staff (who were very helpful and allowed us to have breakfast earlier than advertised the next day as we needed an early departure). We didn't see any other staff and only a handful of guests so it was very quiet. Our room was very large with a nice outlook and a balcony. The bathroom was one of the largest I have ever encountered, with a double shower and double spa bath. The complimentary biscuits in the room, along with the tea/coffee/hot chocolate supplies were a nice touch.

Clean and comfortable. A short walk to the village centre.

Nice small cozy room , friendly staff , bathroom are 1 minute walk but nice n clean, kitchen was little wired no cups no utensils to use. Overall ok experience

Couldn't fault a thing

Really nice room and accessible which is always great, would prefer a later check out time especially having a accessible room you don’t have very long to gather everything to leave but other than that our stay was great and I’d say we will be back !
