Loved the room! Had a warm feeling to it, staff were friendly and efficient. The bed was extremely comfortable, complimentary elements were definitely a treat. Loved the breakfast, so yummy! Consistently refilled as well. Only negatives were that one of the bath robes looked like it had a cigarette hole in it and bathroom extractor fan did not work, so it got very hot in there and the walls and ceiling got very wet. It was still so pleasant, we will be back soon :)

Fantastic place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. From the moment we arrived we found ourselves wishing we had been there before, it was even lightly snowing. Easy check in, the room was warm with the gas fire lit, and the private spa outside was hot, the huge bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a double Spa bath and double shower with huge pressure . The Dinner at night was delightful, but a wee bit expensive, but what the hell, you only live once. We will be back.

Not value for money Broken tap in bathroom and leaking shower door Have to use all towels to soak up water on floor Room service not done till 5 pm the next day So had dirty towels and food trays in room all night and the following day This place was talked up by friends But after being there. We had a lovely stay at Braemar Lodge. Our room was huge and the bathroom was also very roomy and had a spa bath and double shower. Our private spa pool outside our room was amazing.
