My husband and I had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this lovely property. Giorgio and Anastasia were amazing hosts. Our room was very stylish, clean and spacious with mini fridge and tea/coffee maker. The bathroom is nice and modern. We were served cappuccino and delicious pastries at check-in. Giorgio provided us a map and info about the major attractions as well as tips on places to eat. Breakfast was delicious too and Anastasia was there to make the eggs, coffee and provide anything we need. There is a supermarket right across the street and Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese are within walking distance. The area is quiet at night so rest assure you’ll have a good night sleep after a long day touring Rome. Since we have an early flight, Anastasia provided us with fruits, yogurt, pastries, coffee and tea in our room to enjoy before our flight. The taxi from the hotel to Termini station costs about 10-15 Euros. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again when we visit Rome.

Had a fantastic stay here. The suites are well located in a safe and quiet area of Rome but walkable to all main attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again on a return visit.

Stayed there 7 days, sheets and towels were changed on day 4 until we questioned the front desk, mold were all inside the shower, got it cleaned until we told the front desk. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly willing to help. Breakfast was ehhh, eggs, pastries, yogurts, cereals, coffee no meats… shops, subway and transportations were near by. Very quiet and secure area. The property is like an Airbnb…. Remember that

This property was amazing!! Beautiful vintage building with lots of character, the rooms were contemporary and modern, which we loved. Giorgio and Anastasia made us feel like family!! So helpful and thoughtful, they made our stay so welcoming and wonderful! Great location, near restaurants and they also provide a tasty daily breakfast as well! Even had a neighborhood grocery store across the street, which was so convenient. Next time we visit Rome we will definitely stay here! Highly recommend this property!!

We only stayed one night but the service was great and the room was nice, spacious and clean. A lot of places including the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps were walkable which was convenient. The included breakfast was delicious too. We will definitely book again when we come back to Rome 😊

Simply perfect

Hidden gem located just outside the city walls. Most attractions within walking distance. Our host was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't realise breakfast was included so that was a bonus. We had a cold buffet assortment plus hot drinks, toast and scrambled eggs. The room was immaculate and very contemporary. The staircase and lift to the apartments was like something out of Talented Mr Ripley. Just loved it. Would stay again😁

This is a B&B style hotel. Anastasia was very helpful when we checked in providing a map and detailed transportation options. The room was a nice size and clean. This boutique hotel is located within a walkable distance to the Trevi Fountain.
