The staff was delightful! Everyone was courteous, extremely helpful and efficient. I wish that there was a rating between “excellent” and “good”, because this hotel was very good. The room was very quiet and clean. The pool area was lovely. The overall feeling was more that of a daytime resort. My friend and I each had our own rooms. Other than seeing one other couple, it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Great Hotel my and my wife loved use this hotel before and after our flight in Rome . Excellent service personnel very friendly people and professional. Excellent restaurant available we loved the Gina restaurant incredibly food and great service. The room they are very nice and clean. We definitely recommend this place

Leider hat das Hotel meine Erwartungen in mehreren Punkten nicht erfüllt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus meiner Sicht nicht: Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr minimal gehalten, das Rührei war bereits kalt, und es gab keinerlei Auswahl bei den Eierspeisen – z. B. keine Spiegeleier. Kaffee musste man sich selbst an der Bar bestellen – bei einer einzigen Person, die weder besonders motiviert noch freundlich wirkte. Auch wenn nur wenige Gäste da waren, musste man den Kaffee dann selbst an der Bar abholen, was den Service weiter schmälert. Das Hotel möchte offenbar in einer höheren Liga mitspielen, schafft es aber in der Umsetzung leider nicht. Insgesamt wirkte der Aufenthalt eher wie in einem 2-Sterne-Haus.

Beautiful relaxing small resort right on the river. We loved having access to the spa and had a wonderful dinner on a terrace with a fantastic sunset. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. Quick shuttle ride to the airport was very convenient.

Beautiful room, terrace and pool. The one major problem is that the restaurant, Primo Piano is awful. There is another restaurant downstairs, Geno’s, that seemed wonderful. They should merge the two. If not, eat at the pool bar.

Great location for easy access to the airport, and to have a relaxing day at the pool while enjoying the onsite restaurants. Be aware that if you are on the second floor there are no elevators and luggage must be carried up the stairs. In the morning when we were preparing to leave there was no hot water, so a cold rinse set us up for the day. Although there is lots of room for parking, these spots quickly fill up so be prepared to walk. Overall an enjoyable experience.

I stayed here for one night after I landed from NY and was heading up to Tuscany the next day. It was so lovely, the staff was incredible, they took really good care of me. Their sauna room is fantastic and very clean. The room was beautiful and comfortable and felt very new and there was a lovely balcony. And their restaurant was closed the night I was there but the other restaurant adjacent to the hotel that shares a space with their restaurant was delicious. Great vibe and a perfect stopping off place to acclimate before heading off.

While the room was very comfortable and nice and clean, the staff made this experience the best. Very helpful people- due to flight delays we checked in late at night and they made sure we were fed, on another day they helped us with passport issues, among many others. All staff here made this resort truly memorable. I've never seen people more willing to help at a resort than here. Highly recommend.
