Good property with good location- close to public transport. A bit further from central attractions but walkable-will note it’s all uphill from attractions on the way home. Staff were polite and check in was easy. Had ground floor room near bathrooms which was slightly noisy with transit traffic

Hotel room was nice and big. The air conditioning worked well. When we checked in, we were not told about the free breakfast and the times. When the room was “cleaned” there was only one roll of toilet paper that was half way through and when we asked for 2 more, we were only given 1. No fresh bath towels were provided. The area around the hotel wasn’t clean and we didn’t feel safe walking late at night.

Its an old building but clean, amenities wise very basic, i.e there is not cups or a kettle provided in the room or a fan during hot summer days.

The hotel itself was great. the location is fantastic for the tourist to see all of the core of rome. The side street it is on is sketchy but that isnt the fault of the hotel and once down the street, everything is excellent.

Hotel near train station

The hotel is kept in reasonable condition, considering the age of the building, but the linens need upgrading both the pillows and towels. The shower floor is going to get wet as that's the way the shower head points and water pressure is minimal. The desirability to several restaurants and the main train and bus station is what I like.

Centrally located place new Roma Termini

The hotel is centrally located, only steps from Roma Termini station. That's why I chose it. My room (#211) was so-so. The bed had a rather thin soft mattress and none of the drawers in the armoire could be opened. They were all hopelessly stuck askew. I would have liked to take the extra pillow out, but that was impossible. The bathroom was fine with a large enough shower stall to actually be able to walk in without having to squeeze through as corner door.. The two large windows in the room were noise insulating and had European roll-down shutters on the outside. The Italian/Continental breakfast buffet was very good and the kitchen personnel were very friendly and efficient. This also applies to all the guys at the reception desk. Finally, I suggest the entire inside of the hotel gets a new coat of paint!

It did what it needed to do. Slightly sketchy neighborhood but can take the bus pretty much anywhere (the buses will never arrive on time). The mattress was poor but the man at the check in desk was very lovely.
