A most attentive welcome at reception and very good service from housekeeping. The presentation of the hotel is ‘traditional’, but set back from the road within a shaded garden in a bustling area just a short walk from Termini is pleasant. There is a modest bar and the breakfast was just fine. The room was meticulously clean, with fresh linen and towels daily. For Rome prices in a jubilee year it was very good value for money.

Good property with good location- close to public transport. A bit further from central attractions but walkable-will note it’s all uphill from attractions on the way home. Staff were polite and check in was easy. Had ground floor room near bathrooms which was slightly noisy with transit traffic

Hotel room was nice and big. The air conditioning worked well. When we checked in, we were not told about the free breakfast and the times. When the room was “cleaned” there was only one roll of toilet paper that was half way through and when we asked for 2 more, we were only given 1. No fresh bath towels were provided. The area around the hotel wasn’t clean and we didn’t feel safe walking late at night.

Its an old building but clean, amenities wise very basic, i.e there is not cups or a kettle provided in the room or a fan during hot summer days.
