O quarto é muito bom no entanto estava com algum vazamento no piso. Precisei colocar o tapete do banheiro para não molhar o pé, pois era ao lado da cama. Instalações muito boas. Lamentavelmente o elevador não parava no 17º, e dai tive que descer um andar de escada com mala. Mas, não era tão relevante. Retornarei ao hotel.

Todo bien,solo que me dieron una habitacion donde era imposible pasar por delante de la cama.Cuando reclame por un cambio de la misma me informaron que yo pague esa comodidad cosa que no es cierto.Se supone que una habitacion por menos categoria que tenga ,debe mantener minimas medidas.La puerta de la bañera no cerraba.Y tambien problemas con la manguera del inodoro.

Room very small, supposed to be cleaned every day but they just tidy up a bit, they don't clean anything and a few times they didn't even change the dirty towels. We arrived earlier so we asked if we could leave the suitcases and come back later for the check in. They asked us over £100 for that...ridiculous, never seen in any hotel! We went to the hostel round the corner and we could leave the suitcases for £10 even if we hadn't booked a room!

O apartamento estava sujo (chão), banheiro encardido, o ar condicionado não gelava (por sorte esfriou), cheiro do quarto é ruim, o café da manhã não tinha variedades, vi que não estavam esterilizando a louça, pois lotou de gente e nem tinha mesas e cadeiras, sentei em uma cadeira quebrada, enfim, não foi bacana

Reclamei 3 vezes de um vazamento no teto do banheiro, falaram as 3 vezes que alguém iria verificar e não apareceu ninguém. Simplesmente a noite, era uma pingacao de água no forro do teto do banheiro até amanhecer, e a água pingando no banheiro, onde não sabia se era água limpa ou água suja.

Um bom hotel

O quarto é bem apertadinho, mas bem arrumado, limpo e mobiliado. Acredito que seria mais confortável se tivesse mais travesseiros e mais um cobertor. Fomos super bem atendidos o tempo inteiro, o café da manhã era sempre bem completo, diversificado, fresco e uma delícia! Super bem localizado, pertinho da praia de Copacabana.
