Hotel staff were helpful with an early check in, and when I reported that there was a small bug on our bed they did give us another room, however I think management
kind of dropped the ball in not following up with us on this matter .
The second room was relatively clean, though there were some small holes in the bed linen and some areas in bathroom and room that seemed to be missed by vacuum and a good wipe down.
Included Breakfast was very basic buffet. it was not till after we were eating on our second morning that anyone mentioned there were made to order options.
