Breakfast wasn’t open as it was supposed to be everyday , plus it was cold not fresh and sloppy presentation . Very loud fan in the room couldn’t sleep and cannot turn it off.. Problem with the thermostat in the room it was either very cold or very hot and cannot be fixed after 4 nights. Poor customer service, the front desk says they will send someone to check or talk to management but no management on site or at reach only by email and wasn’t done either

The food was ok but was fairly cold and limited. The blinds were not dark at all. There was no body wash or conditioner and when I asked for some to be brought up, I was told that I’d have to come downstairs to get it myself and then they provided me with 3 more shampoos. Only one person at check in, so that took a long time to get checked in.
