Excellent staff throughout the hotel and very good facilities and food. Could do with having some more rooms accessible by lift. One ‘issue’ was that the bathroom floor tiles seemed a little slippery

Good position, lovely warm welcome by the reception staff, in fact all the staff were very friendly choice of restaurant and we chose the more light bites and a very good pizza.

The room was okay, but it seems that they are refurbishing things so they are aware of the need to improve. The hot water for the basin was ideal for running a bath, but the bathtubs hot water probably has a TMV fitted so the hot water wasn’t fantastic. There was a minor problem, but the administration dealt with it promptly, so well done.

I loved the staff, they were super friendly and not phased by a wet cyclist (me).

The Staff were absolutely amazing so helpful the Breakfast was great the shower in the room was terrible no pressure would be better if you washed in the sink hotel is closing in September hope they will make things better when reopen terrible smell of damp on the stairs up to the room

Amazing amenities and very walkable to St. Ives main town area. Easier to walk than to drive because parking could be a nightmare to manage. The staff was friendly. The room was quite spacious although the decor a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. Good for our one night stay as we drove through the area.
