The hotel was nice only Problem was the hotel itself was very cold the hallways common areas and pool area were cold, the hot tub and pool is beautiful but could have been hotter, the rooms were warm and comfy. The elevator only had 1 working and was very slow given we were there for a tournament they definitely needed both elevators working, but a very nice hotel to stay in.

IHOTEL is a MUST STAY HOTEL!

The beds were super comfy, rooms were nice and clean, the floor was quiet, the staff was friendly, restaurants were close by, hot tub was super relaxing and for the affordable rate, we will definitely be back. This is a must stay hotel!

The hotel and staff were great. The hotel restaurant that provides the buffet was terrible. The buffet actually looked pretty decent until I saw the cook sit at a table right beside the buffet and had his fingers so deep in his nose that I’m surprised he didn’t pull out gold. He then got up and went back into the kitchen. I was so disgusted I left and paid for breakfast elsewhere. The hotel restaurant gets horrible reviews and for good reason.
