The rooms were clean and you could tell had been updated. The game room was in need of repairs. The ping pong table and paddles were falling apart. The pool tables also were quite outdated. The staff were lovely

Very nice Red Deer hotel. The room had a kitchenette, K-cup machine, mini fridge, annd enough dishes and cutlery for two people. It also had a nice spot to dine in thr room, a very nice desk and chair, a pull out sofa and a king size bed. We had a hot breakfast buffet included in our stay. The pool is nice and warm. Not very deep, but great for families. The hot tub and steam room were great. A full gym is available to guests. Great value and the hotel was very clean. We would recommend iHotel.

Coffee maker still had used coffee in it. Front desk was reluctant to provide a late check out. Lady at the frond desk ( the one at c/out) needs to learn to be more helpful & understanding. Could improve a lot in service. Everything else was great.
