Excellent service from staff. Highly recommend the club level - breakfast was definitely worth it. Spotless pool. Very well equipped gym. Rooms are noisy. Hall noise easily travels into the room due to flimsy doors. Showers are meh. It’s an older hotel with just cosmetic updates.

We have stayed at this property multiple times as it’s a favourite for us. The rooms are big, they could use some updating but overall are in good shape. This time was good but not fantastic like usual, the staff seemed bored like they were so many places they would rather be and very hard to engage when you needed help. The housekeeping was atrocious, they knocked on the door to clean so we gathered our belongings and went out, when we came back an hour and a half later the door was wide open but no one had cleaned it yet. We went to the front desk to find housekeeping as they were nowhere to be found
