Great value for money!

The room shown on the app isn’t what we get, literally a downgrade. The noise was unbearable slept at 2pm because guests had a party (more than 10pm), reception refused to deal with it. The staff train in the gym area while guest use the pool or have to go change for the spa. Those guys would stop and stare . Never going back to that place.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport, convenient shuttle service, employees are very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is the rooms are not set up for travelers from North America. Not a single USB port to charge electronics in the room. Unless you have international travel adaptors, you are pretty much toast.

We booked this hotel for our son and his bride. They were absolutely taken aback by the level of service they received and how special they were made to feel. We were given early access to allow the bride to get ready and nothing was too much. The service was exceptional and the pool was exceptional according to them .

Chosen because of the proximity to the airport, but wish we had gone elsewhere. Staff at check-in were unhelpful and unsmiling, rooms were small and although recently painted, it hadn't been particularly well done. Only good thing was the soundproofing. Young guy in bar area was nice, but it felt like he wasn't used to having as many people to serve, felt he was over-whelmed. One of the dishes we ordered failed to appear. Overall, can't recommend this hotel or the staff at all - go somewhere else.
