Sandton accommodation with spa

Met all our expectations and more. Lovely hotel to stay at. Keep up the good service and clean environment.

From the front desk staff was so welcoming and the service was great,rooms are spacious and comfortable….the club house is the best part for me and the pools are well maintained

So pleased we chose to stay at Da Vinci Hotel & Suites. Extremely convenient and Very comfortable rooms. We will definitely be back!

The hotel has a good location, but everything else is bad. All the electrical outlets are not working. No bottled water. No Phones. The WhatsApp message service is not monototed. you are on your own.

The ratings would have been higher had the property paid attention to critical service issues that were identified and brought to their attention. I was in room 553 and complained from the first day of an unpleasant odor emanating from the drains (face basin, tub, and shower) in the bathroom. Instead of moving my reservation to a different room, they just removed the caps of the drain, stating they cleaned them. That was far from the truth; we instead had to deal with the unpleasant smell for the duration of the entire stay. Vacationers, please beware of that room.

The reception staff were polite and helpful. I arrived late and left by 11 am. The apartment is spacious and bed linen were comfy for a good night sleep. It's walking distance to Sandton City and we managed to walk up and down in the morning and it was safe.
