The house was very nice and in a great location. It has a beautiful back yard, deck, and sunroom as well. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We visited NC for my son’s wedding. We stayed st this home for three nights before relocating to the hotel where the wedding party was to stay.Even though at check out it says not to leave anything because a return of the items could not be guaranteed, I was able to get my forgotten garment bag (that had my mother and sister-in-laws dresses for my son’s rehearsal and wedding in it!!). After check out all correspondences to the owner is gone, so I had to go through the Vrbo link of the home again to try and reach her. Thankfully, she was very quick to respond to my message and she reprogrammed the lock for us to get back in to get the garment bag. It was there!! And the home was already cleaned and it was still there - meaning the cleaning crew was very honest. I had another home that I canceled before booking this home because I couldn’t reach the company in charge to question the accessibility for an elderly women. I am so glad I went with this home that has the owner as the contact person. I would never have gotten the forgotten garment bag at that other home!!I would highly recommend this home.

Cute & clean home with a wonderful back deck! We loved sitting outside in the morning listening to birds and having a relaxing cup of coffee. Being close to Lake Lynn walking trails and supermarkets was a great plus!

The property is misleading. I wasn’t aware it was a home beneath the house. It felt like someone was watching us throughout the entire stay. I thought the home was gated. It was creepy. We travel frequently and this was odd.

This home was a great choice for our week long stay over the Thanksgiving week in Raleigh to visit with our son. First, Pam was Awesome at responding to questions and offering suggestions. Second, the property was clean, comfortable and perfect to relax, and enjoy some great family time together. The master bed was VERY comfortable as we love a firm mattress. We used the grill on the back deck to cook a couple meals, and we used the gas fire pit to roast marshmallows for some-mores. The screened in porch was a nice touch with a beautiful view of the large backyard. Thank you!!

I enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s in a nice location and is very quiet. The owner was very professional and responsive. The location is perfect for pets as there is plenty of green space. The only drawback is that there is no guest parking at the location and you share the location with guests below.

My fiance and I stayed at this location for 4.5 days while we toured areas to move to. The facilities were clean and inviting, the kitchen had most everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. We appreciate the easy check in process and location to all. My only suggestion is to fix the handle on the storm door as it was very difficult to open and seemed to be coming loose. Otherwise, I highly recommend this for those coming to the area.

This house ruined my vacation somebody was living under me the entire time and I had no idea. The house was advertised as entire place had I known there would be people under me I would have never booked. So the ppl under me complained that I was too loud mind u I was here to enjoy Chris brown so of course there was no quiet time for me this was my first time seeing my favorite artist. So I had to come in early due to this… secondly she sent the cleaning ppl 30 min before it was time to check out this was very unacceptable.

This is the upper floor of a quiet home that sits back off of a busy road. It has a deck and sun room with views of rabbits, songbirds and a resident red-shouldered hawk. The place was clean and had all the basics we needed for a four-night stay (including cooking essentials). We didn't need to communicate with Pamela much, but when we did, she was prompt to respond. We'll be back.
