Amazing hotel

Elizebeth at the front desk was amazing! She was welcoming and so nice!

Kinda dingy…light didn’t work in bathroom …rotten bananas laying on the stairs

We were just there for a night but it was a restful sleep!

The bar food was great the room was a little smaller then expected for a king suite not as big as the photos make it look and the bed isn’t very comfortable and I had a loud family with kids above and next to me and that’s all I could hear even over the tv day and night until about midnight and I am not one to report someone for being noisy but it was very obnoxious it sounded like they were bouncing off the walls next to us and running around non stop for hours on end could not sleep until midnight because someone didn’t want to put their kids to sleep.. the robes they give you are very uncomfortable but the hot tub is nice and the staff are nice and the place is beautiful all around. If it weren’t for the uncomfortable beds and paper thin walls/floors my rating would be much higher. Would also be nice to get free breakfast when paying $200 a night

Everything was very clean, organized and lovely! The breakfast was a great spread! We had an issue with the AC/fan not working for our stay, left a message with the front desk and it was not addressed. Had to purchase a fan at Walmart in order to cool our room down. Pool area was clean and worked well for our young kids. It is on the smaller size. No hot tub was a bummer.
