Very new Holiday Hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy check in and check out. The room was very accommodating and nicely decorated. The typical hotel room which are small but had everything we needed and well designed with ample space in the restroom. Very close to the airport and about 10- 20 minutes into Queenstown depending on traffic since there’s only one road in and out of town and the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Some staff are really nice and helpful, some others no. First time ever in a hotel: no space for a toiletry bag on the bathroom. Or on the floor... Nothing to put your luggage. Only on the floor again. It is a disappointment.

Really nice and clean hotel away from the main city. Very easy bus route if you don't have a car. If you do have a car, parking is extremely limited (only about 5-10 spots reserved for the whole hotel). We had to park in the lot nearby and pay about $10 per day. Not a huge expense but I wish I knew this before!
