Queen Anne beach accommodation

Everyone was very nice the only thing is they definitely need an elevator.

I like that is close to a lot of the sightseeings within walking distance and a quite area. I didn’t like the idea that I had to keep asking for towels, coffee, etc daily since the room is clean every 7 days and we stayed 4 days. Calling for assistant from the room was NO answer. I had to call from my mobile. The coffee shop below was excellent but the restaurant was awful..NO customer service. The lady working at the lobby was GREAT!

Sweet little hotel in Belltown, walking distance to downtown, waterfront, Pike Place market. Very clean, excellent staff. Highly recommended.

Excellent location for site seeing

Room service staff was rude. The delivered the food and forgot our utensils, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes to receive them. Dined in the restaurant, the food was cold by the time it was served. Definitely not worth the price that you pay. Valet service forgot to get our vehicle and waited for 45 minutes for it to arrive. Will not stay there again.

The elevator (1, other wasnt running) was super slow. We waiting a long time for it. It got very irritating. The coffee maker, Espresso or whatever it was only made a tiny amount of coffee at a time. My husband likes real coffee. There were no options for it.
