The location of this hotel is convenient to major attractions like Seattle City Center. We were there for a Kraken game and it was a quick walk to the arena. Check-in was quick but the information you get varied widely depending on who checked you in. I got the basics from my front desk staff person while I heard someone else get much more information from someone else. For $20, we skipped the hotel breakfast and went out to eat. I also thought the parking fee of $30 a day was a bit high but there were plenty of spaces in the underground garage. I used the gym both mornings and thought the equipment was excellent although there were no towels on Saturday morning. There is construction going on at the hotel during daytime hours but we were out so it didn't bother us. The only inconvenience was the closed sidewalks which necessitated a longer route to get to some of our destinations. I'd say this was a solid choice if you're looking for a clean place to park your car and walk to major attractions.

The staff are kind and friendly. The hotell has easy parking. The place is close to restaurants and shopping stores. The rooms are clean but kinda small since we are used to texas sized rooms. But our overall stay is good.

Doesn't feel like an impersonal chain.

We were glad to have a clean safe place to stay that was in walking distance of many of the attractions we wanted to see. It would be nice if we knew that parking was not complimentary. The front dest gave us a code to use as a discount in the parking lot next door (as our vehicle was too tall to park in the hotel parking), when it didn't work and we got a parking ticket the front desk compensated us more than the cost of the ticket.

Convenient Location!

The hotel was clean, the staff were nice, and it was in a great location! We were in town for a Kraken game and it was convenient walking distance to the arena. Next time, if I were staying more than 1 night, I would save my $ and park on the street!
