A basic hotel: nothing particularly luxurious. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Beds were comfy. The shower was wonderful!!! One small criticism was that there was a coffee maker in the room but no option for the tea-drinkers among us. I would stay there again without hesitation.

We decided to have supper in the hotel. We stood for at least 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and shown to a table. There were three waitstaff however they were not attentive. I asked for water to drink and never got asked if I wanted a refill. The actual meal of steak, fries and salad was delicious and the steak cooked as requested. I was done first and my plate removed. I said I didn't want anything else. No waitstaff cam back to ask if my husband wanted any dessert. We sat for at least ten minutes, my husband left and I stood at our table thinking they would bring the bill. No, I had to go to the bar and ask for it. The girl on the bar, got another bill ready and took to a different table, came back and talked to three men at the bar before giving me our bill. Great meal but the service was very poor. Our tip reflected the lack of service.

First time stay

First tube to Quebec City to explore and experience the area. Hotel on a convenient bus route to the Old City area. Friendly helpful staff, pool was closed for repairs. But would recommend staying here
