This year was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful! The rooms and location can't be beat. For a stay in a modern heritage building close to Old Quebec city, this hotel can't be beat. Oh ... did I mention the wonderful restaurant on the main floor?

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay, although too short! The smell when you walk into the lobby, is so pleasurable, calming not an aggressive smell. You should sell your fragrance !! Staff when we arrived from valet to the reception to the restaurant were very nice, smiling and pleasant people. We loved our room, the view!! Loved the shower heads and the smell of your products. Only aspect to improve are the pillows, those we had were not comfortable and it took 3 for my husband to have the good dimension for his shoulder- neck gap. It’s very well situated. Everything is walking distance. The restaurant’s burrara was delicious We will be visiting again!! ☺️ Our new place in Qc

Excellence everywhere!

Located just steps from the wall around the old town of Quebec City, the location of the hotel is wonderful. Our room was lovely and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Very comfortable! The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating and we especially enjoyed having breakfast in the fresh air, while seated under cover. They also have heaters to ensure comfort when the temperature dips. The Clubby Bar, located on the 6th floor, had great city views and was perfect for a nightcap.

Fantastic hotel in great location, but I wouldn't want to stay lower than the 2nd floor. Front desk staff was great, but we did not have good service in the hotel bar.
