J’ai passé deux nuits à l’hôtel Jaro Qc. Ayant été dans d’autre Jaro avant, je connaissais le style de ces hôtels. Malheureusement, celui -ci m’a beaucoup déçus. Tout d’abord, j’ai pilé sur des chips dans la chambre. Clairement le ménage n’avait pas été bien fait. Nous avions accès à notre chambre seulement à 5h. La piscine; impossible de bouger. Tellement de gens au pied carré. Il y avait un lifeguard mais celui ci ne faisait pas respecter les règles et regardait son cellulaires. Le reste était correct.

Pros: The facilities are great, and there are plenty of fun activities for my child to enjoy! The staff are generally friendly. Cons: The toilet seat in the washroom needs to be fixed—it can’t be pushed up and stay against the back. The food at the restaurant is okay, but not particularly impressive.

Des travaux de rénovations sont à prévoir, car le prix élevé à plus de 300$ ne les vaut pas, l’extérieur de l’hôtel, le plafond de la piscine, les murs des chambres vieillissent, se décollent, rouillent. Pas de déjeuner offert. Pour environ 200$ la nuit, nous avons une chambre dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, très propre, piscine, et déjeuner compris

Great hotel, pool is small for the amount of visitors, very full and hard to move around most times with so many inside. Sadly We had to take the little kids age 5-10 out when the bigger young teens started playing and splashing. Jungle gym is fantastic, its in the pool area but kids have to change and be dry before going inside, same for the bounce houses, dry clothing only. Not enough seating at all, maybe 20 chairs, our towels, water bottles, dry clothing had to be stored in the wet floor otherwise we would have to make the hike back to our rooms each time. Rooms are great, enough space and storage, comfortable beds, big bathroom, fairly clean. Activities were ok, we did face paining but it’s the first activity in the morning so it last maybe 1hr before you head to the pool for it to wash off. They also had during our stay friendship bracelet making, the kids could choose 6 reg beads and the princess would make it for them. Balloon fun where someone make a balloon for the kids. Live music played in the pool area in the evening. Each of the activities had only 1 animator so you will need to plan to wait 20-35 mins in line. Overall fun stay, would go back again.

We had a great stay overall — this hotel is fantastic for kids aged 4 to 8! There were tons of toddler-friendly activities, including a kids’ play area, crafts, and even scheduled entertainment that kept our little ones engaged and happy throughout the stay. The atmosphere felt very welcoming for families. Our room interiors was very old and a lot of dusts but didnt obverse bed bugs and the construction site is on the entire road that entering and exiting were very in convenience.

All in all, the hotel has nice staff and good service. The restaurant was decent and the pool area is pretty much the highlight of this hotel. There are typically a lot of kids and some can be extremely noisy, but that’s what it is when you book at a hotel that caters to families and kids. The rooms in particular need a revamp but so does the hotel in general. Furnitures and decor are dated. The best way to put it is that your kids will absolutely love the hotel, and that’s what really matters I guess. It was a lovely stay overall!
