Elevator was out of commission, construction limited our entrance, air conditioning was not working in multiple locations (arcades, pool area, children structure) and there was absolutely no room cleaning service during our 4 night stay. Our garbages were overflowing and we had to wait 10 hrs for fresh towels after calling for them at room service. There was also an extra fee after the Expedia booking price and there was no free breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel for families with children. My kids are 6 and 9 and enjoyed the outdoor bouncy castle and games, the daily activities (balloon animals, bracelet making, face paint, etc) and of course the pool! Felt like a resort, swimming while enjoying a live musical performance. The location is great, lots of parking and was close for us to do daily trips by car to Old Quebec and surrounding areas.

Good hotel for kids. Especially if you love water and swim. I only started to enjoy the music when i was swimming the night before leaving. Do that as early as possible. You will love it.

For a hotel that is very geared to family, with lots of activities for children, the pool is not for young children. The entire pool is 1.2 m or almost 4 feet deep. This does not allow for young children to be independent in the pool if they cannot touch the bottom.

A lot of activities for kids, arcade, face painting, etc. the pool was very crowded all the time, the overall building is a bit old, but the room is clean and newly renovated. The area surrounding the hotel is under construction. Overall its an okay hotel, but the kids like it.

This property was a great stop on our way home after 2 week road trip. It is completely set up for families and has all kinds of activities to keep your kids entertained as well as the adults with live music and a Tiki bar at the pool! We could just relax and stay in to get some R&R. We will be back ❤️ Highly recommend!

Rooms need renovation. Desk chair had a nasty stain, sofa armrest was so used up there isn't any material on it anymore, "comfy" chair suspension is clearly broken due to too many kids jumping on it. Metal piece from the bathroom ceiling kept falling down. Never enough facial cloth for our family, we always had to go and ask for one more. The room with the balcony on the tropical garden has a nice view, but insolation of the room is not adequate and you hear everything from the garden, with all the kids screaming even after and before pool hours. Location is convenient.

The pool water was really gross with way too many people in the pool. A kid pulled down his pants and peed on the splash pad right in front of us. Hotel could have been cleaner.

Food at the restaurant was ok. Our waitress was very kind and pleasant. Bed killed my back and didn’t like the fact that wifi was cut off at 12am day of check out. Never enough towels available in the pool area and housekeeping knocked on our door twice the morning of check out. Felt like we were being rushed out of our room at 9am.
