The staff were helpful and the restaurant was good. Beds were comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Charge pad night stands were a good convenience. Great value for money - suite was spacious and had a good view. Hotel would benefit from some TLC - this feels like a place that was a crown jewel but would benefit from a reno. Again, no complaints given overall value proposition.

Wrong room type provided compared to what we paid for. Everytime we traveled to Quenec, we stayed in Concorde (this was 4+ trip), and still no benefit of repeatedly choosing this hotel. Next time will try other hotels (and experience).

The room was great, the staff were nice but they charged me for our current stay and our future stay at the same time (a problem with thier new system apparently). They were good about a refund. Also - parking was crazy, being downtown and all,entry to the underground parking area was broken at the main place so people were trying to hustle in via the vehicle entrance as I left
