I gave only 3.0 out of 5.0 because the air conditioning was very loud, and unluckly the toilet in my room started to leak in the very early morning. I talked to the frontdesk in the morning when I checked out but he said nothing for the problems.

Rooms are clean but a bid smaller than standard; with full size beds, not queen size. Rooms on the ground floor have extra door that can easily access to parking right outside. The breakfast selections are not great, no continental breakfast.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. It's about a 20-minute drive to the old town of Quebec City. If the breakfast has more choices, it will be perfect.

We were very happy with what Hotel Cofortel had to offer - clean, quiet, and comfortable. We stayed for one night with our 16 month old while passing through the Quebec City area. The bed & pillow were lovely, the bathroom was a comfortable size, everything was very clean and smelled nice! Despite the close proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet! We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends & family. Thanks Cofortel team!
