Beautiful, stunning,extremely friendly, breathtaking! We hated to leave! It was gorgeous every day! There wasn’t a single thing that I didn’t like. I am not one to like the heat, but I loved the weather! Scenery was well kept. Staff always had a smile and greeted you every time you past them. Absolutely the best time of year to visit!

Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff was definitely friendly but the hotel is too big for the WiFi to not work. I had ask guest service to decorate my room for my birthday and when I got back the room wasn’t decorated. The food wasn’t all that. They should have different foods for different nights

Spacious room, soacious and clean beach. Restaurants offer good and well presented food. Dominican food are just not offered I guess. But overall a good experience:) Bring your slippers and robe to spa as they dont give you there. But the massage and spa facilities are also decent :)

This place is excellent. My very first time to stay on this hotel alone and I really love it! The beach is walking distance as well as the swimming pool. All inclusive foods buffet so many food choices.Breakfast, lunch, dinner they call Capucino Cafe all inclusive beverages u have a lot of options of restaurants to choose from to dine in. I feel like I was in a cruise with all this buffet. I love the place clean quite safe even if you dine in late or listen to live band music after dinner. The place is very relaxing with the coconut trees surrounded well maintained gardens very nice awesome place. I enjoy my stay in this place. I will definitely go back again next time and stay in this hotel. 👍❤️

While this resort is on absolutely stunning scene grounds, full of nature’s beauty. The property itself has “good bones” and a sturdy foundation to be phenomenal, the potential is there, but we are not real estate investors. As a seasoned traveler solo, group and couple I was interested in investing in my hobby hoping to join a vacation club or a new “favorite” resort. I was HIGHLY disappointed. My 4th tour of Punta Cana and my worst experience. 1. The staff were extremely inhospitable, and down right dismissive. Problems were not remedied and ignored. I had an infestation of mosquitoes in my room that were definitely coming from the drain as I stuffed towels in sinks and tried my best to keep them at bay. They did fumigate one time, but my other requests went ignored when that did not fix the issue. I returned home covered in bites. 2. The food was subpar and the same thing was served EVERYDAY at the buffet. No variety. Most of the restaurants advertised were completely closed down. 3. Security was too lackadaisical and I did not feel as safe as I would had hoped to especially rooming alone. 4. There were fruit flies in my drinks and found hair in food. 5. My electricity went out in my room and my calls went unanswered. When I went back to reception to ask for a room change, I was told I had to speak with the woman on the computer who was busy with other complaining guests. I can go on about the last 4 days here. Short story. DON’T DO IT!!!!!

This resort is aesthetically very beautiful however the the room quality is inconsistent… I travelled with a friend in separate rooms… my room was clean, modern and beautiful… my friends room had many maintenance issues ie electrical problems, no hot water, mosquito infestation… the restaurants were aesthetically beautiful but many were closed… the beach was clean and relaxing… pools were beautiful but loud at times… overall this resort has potential to be amazing with some improvements
