This is a really bad vacation for my taste. Stayed here for 5 days and for the first time, I can't wait to go home. 1. as a all inclusive hotel, I cant believe there is nothing to eat. All resturants needed reservation (excluding the 2 small small buffet), and the reservations was basically all full. The buffet was super small, even the "big one" was small. The food was the same everyday and limited options. I saw repeated food in 4 different bowls around the buffet. There was a PUG resturant that didnt need reservations which served burgers/sandwichs, and I had no choice but to eat that. Room service (food) was not including in "all inclusive." 2. The staffs, 90% of the staff spoked really limited english, and as someone who doesn't speak spanish, it was REALLLY hard to communicate. So if you don't speak spanish, try to avoid this hotel. 3. Rooms. The rooms looked really nice in the pictures they provided, but in reality it was really "not the best." The mini fridge wasnt even working, there was 2 lights are were broken, and the shower was really dirty. Also we lived in the 2nd floor (3 floors in total) and the toliet was hard to flush. OVERALL, I dont hate it, but i DO NOT like it at all.
