The room was big enough. Housekeeping was sporadic. All inclusive bar was never stocked unless requested. Room service food was minimal. Buffet was best. Restaurants were ok except Italian. It was very good.

The staff was wonderful. I expected better communication with the resort, what time restaurants and buffet are serving, designated areas at the beach. I definitely was not happy about having to make reservations and the limited amount they had. The app was very difficult to get into as no one was able to give us the correct booking number we needed. The resort was very pretty just like the photos. You also should be advised of the toilet situation and the open air bathrooms prior to booking.

The room was clean however a bit outdated. I wish the room had more outlets and the TV had more English channels. The only downside about the resort are the wild cats. They do not bother you but there are a lot of them!!! I would not stay here again because of the cats.
