The resort is top notch. Wife & I enjoyed our stay and we would return in the future. The only buzz kill was after checking in. The lady pointed to towards another lady that said would assist us moving forward and offered us a drink. Afyer that, annyoying as heck, as they kept trying to do tje whole sales pitch to upgrade and do all inclusive etc. Bit annoying but after getting thru that and letting them know that we plan on exploring the town and eating where the locals eat, we were good. Friendly staff

The pool is nice but it needs to be clean it has small black dots of mold. It needs attention for sure. Other than that everything was great, loved the spa.

I did a mother-daughter trip & we did an all-inclusive. However, they have the option of non-inclusive as well. Pros -beautiful resort -Several restaurants on the property, we are vegetarian so we could eat at 2 of the 3 restaurants. Italian restaurant is open only on Mon & Sat :( -went during off-peak season so good service -good and attentive staff -nice fitness center -Good program schedule for activities such as stretching in the morning, pool activities etc Cons -The toilet in our room leaked. However, they switched the room -The fridge did not work so they switched the fridge -Coffee machine is a bit tricky to utilize -iguana came out of the main pool....yikes...I was petrified -recommend a few vegetarian lunch and dinner options

The Sheraton was amazing. The hospitality was just as I expected, but if you’re looking for a quiet night after exploring all day, you do get a lot of noise coming from the streets.

I don't know how they're a part of such a prestigious organisation (Marriot). Terrible service overall, complacent staff and non-existent hospitality culture with greed for tips and no actual service. Never going back here. Also be careful of the ladies near the reception, masquerading as hotel employees, trying to hard sell you a bunch of useless services and wasting your time.

Property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained with two large pools. Unfortunately, there is not much of a beach but the views of the bay and coast are great.

Very basic things are not being followed out to make a reservation a restaurant you have to stand in one leg, open the window and kick your cat and stand over your head to do so and even then he may not work out too many rules you’re on vacation

El staff muy amable en todo el hotel Lo único que no me gusto fue el hecho de que tuve que pagar al llegar el meal plan de mi hija cuando ya habia yo hecho la reservación para tres personas TODO INCLUIDO!! Creo que eso se debería de especificar a la hora de hacer la reservación. En ningún hotel que he estado habia tenido que pagar aparte por el plan de comida. Se me hace algo muy ilógico

Staff was very friendly and professional. The all inclusive package carries many activities, like wine testing class and dance lessons. If you order food near the pool, do not get the pizza or the hamburger. Order the buffalo hot wings, nachos, guacamole, or quesadillas. We’ll definitely be revisiting.
