Short stay for flight delay. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk clerk and housekeeping were helpful and professional. Nice pool and lobby had a large sitting area with free coffee/tea. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Jamie the afternoon staff clerk was outstanding kind, helpful, always smiled. My first room was great. My 1st day in I decided to stay an extra day in city so i added additional day via Expedia because hitel wanted to charge me $224 for additional day but expedia was only charging $98. I asked if I could just stay in my current room and Jamie told me yes after checking system. Well on the original day of my check out I receive a phone call from front desk indicating that I neded to check out. I proceeded to desk to explain I had extended my stay, I was then told I needed to switch rooms and downgrade. After explaining in English/Spanish that I had spoken with the other staff and all was clear I was told if I wanted to stay in my current room I would need to pay more money. I then declined and said I would switch. I don't believe this was true because I booked the exact same room on expedia that I had currently booked. So I had to rush to pack up everything and I was shown 2 different rooms. The 1st was smaller and smelled of mold I declined the 2nd was small as well but I accepted. Either had the same amenities as my original room. Only 1 bath towel(never been to a hotel that didn't provide 2 bath towels)the room was warm the air blew towards the ceiling so for me to feel the air I had to stand in a particular place and had to sleep at the foot of the bed to feel air at the top of bed room was so hot. Breakfast was GREAT. HOTEL NICE STAFF KIND. NICE POOL. Rosa not so nice
