The activity staff, the bellhops and the front counter staff are all very excellent. The continuing problem is the condition of the rooms, namely the plumbing issues with leaking faucets, and poor water pressure in the showers. Otherwise everything is great.

This is the second time we have stayed here over the past two years. The first time we were so impressed we booked again; this time we were quite displeased with the changes and lack of customer service. At check in we were given a subterranean unit on the 1st floor with a view of the base of the palm trees - directly across from the parking lot with jackhammering construction daily. We had imagined due to how Expedia portrays the suites that we would have a higher level view unit like we did before - and when asked at the front desk were told those were only for owners NOT Expedia guests; upon further discussion we were able to get the hotel to change our room for an 8th floor unit a few days later. The front desk service has become VERY unpleasant; the activities staff are amazing; the food at the beach restaurant is wonderful; the place is well located - but it's obvious that they put little or no upgrades into the property - this will be our last stay sadly.

Room located at a busy spot. Constantly woken by other guests in the hallways. Some critter living in the wall above the bed. I go on vacation expecting rest and relaxation and that didn’t happen being kept awake. Restaurant food was overpriced and bot good. Won’t stay there again.

Spotless rooms, helpful housekeeping staff, friendly front desk and bellman. The highlight is always the excellent staff at the recreation center by the pool. Hard to find a more dedicated and hardworking staff with continuous smiles and their water aerobics classes were fantastic! Thank you Cesar, Carla, Rosa, Job, Antonio, Mayra, Gustavo and Ivan for making our time together so enjoyable!!!

Requested an extra frying pan never got it. The pool has no place to sit comfortably. The waiters at the restaurant were not very friendly. Pool side service was pretty much nonexistent. Property needs a refresher. Did like the marina area to explore. Room was cleaned everyday and the bed was comfortable. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor whenever taking a shower.
