Staff was very dismissive at check in when I had questions about my reservations. I traveled with 15 people and had 8 rooms booked. The carts that transport between resorts are slow, and operator attempted to put other guests ahead of us multiple times. Hard getting servers to understand our wants at restaurants. Food was good. Rooms are nice size with comfortable beds. Queen size Murphy bed in every room. Carlos and crew at the Rooftop bar was very good and accommodating. Best vibe on the resort. All in all for the price, I would definitely stay again. I just know what to expect.

Enjoyable grounds and pretty views but overall, inconvenient and underwhelming. Pros Lovely, well-maintained property Breakfast and lunch buffets that are acceptable if you’re not expecting excellence Cons • Restaurant access limited until day three—requires frequent trolley rides • Raccoons (and possibly other critters) roaming in hallways and outside rooms • Staff friendly but not as welcoming as other Mexican hotels • Almost no poolside entertainment or nightly shows • Mediocre entertainment team • Food quality is functional—not memorable The resort itself is quite charming and well-kept, which sets high hopes from the start. Unfortunately, accessing dinner options felt cumbersome: most restaurants required taking a trolley, and we couldn’t go to any until our third day something that significantly limited our dining flexibility. Wildlife sightings were a bit unsettling. We encountered raccoons and other critters not just on the exterior grounds but in the corridors near guest rooms, which might bother light sleepers or those not fond of animals. The service was polite enough, but we found the staff less warm compared to other hotels we’ve visited in Mexico. Interactions seemed efficient but lacked the personal touch we’ve sometimes enjoyed elsewhere. If you’re thinking this is a lively resort with poolside shows or evening entertainment, you might be disappointed. After six days, we’re not even sure if nightly shows occurred there.

Disappointed and Misled – Not a Luxury Experience We recently stayed at this resort expecting a luxury experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short in almost every category. While the staff was generally friendly, it's clear they are not trained in delivering the level of service that should come with a “luxury” label. Food & Beverage: The food was consistently sub-par, with several meals arriving undercooked. Drinks were a major letdown—weak, watered-down, and often tasted artificial. Shockingly, there was no food service available at the pool, a basic amenity at most upscale resorts. Amenities & Restrictions: You’re given one towel per person at the pool—no exceptions. Similarly, only one Wi-Fi password per person, and it only works on one device. In 2025, that’s simply unacceptable. These kinds of nickel-and-dime policies are frustrating, especially when you're paying premium prices. Dining Experience & Discrimination: Making reservations at their few restaurants is a must—but good luck getting one. If you don’t, you're stuck at the outdoor buffet, sweating in the heat with little shade and mediocre food. Adding to the frustration, men are held to a strict dinner dress code (long pants and closed-toe shoes), which was not disclosed during booking, while women were allowed to dine in bathing suits. The inconsistency felt discriminatory and disrespectful, especially when we were denied entry for dress code reasons while others were clearly allowed in without issue.

El hotel está muy bien cuidado, comodo y la comida bastante buena, mejorables los postres, cenamos en cinco restaurantes a la carta y sorprendentemente el mexicano el de peor calidad. Los que atienden el los restaurantes generalmente agradables, pero recepción y algunos trabajadores podrían mejorar la atención al público. Con adolescentes poco que hacer, especialmente 16, 17 años.

We had a great stay here. The food was pretty great for an all inclusive. Bar service was great, as were the drinks. Some staff were top notch, but others seemed to be lacking customer service. The rooms were adequate and comfortable with everything we needed. Definitely felt safe throughout our time. Definitely lacking a good beach vibe, but the variety of pools made for different options. Overall, this was a great property to stay at with the 3 resort options to choose from. Would definitely choose again.

Overall the stay was good . I do regret upgrading to the Ventus Buikding thinking we would get a nice ocean view , closer to the beach , and scenic . Probably out of their powers but the water was very brown , and you could smell it throughout the property . Over four days literally did not see one person even get close to the water . We traveled an hour just to go to the beach that was cleaner . I’m thinking because of nearby construction or algae blooms this was the case . Overall it was good but that was extremely disappointing . Staffs were average as well .

This was our 2nd time back in the same month! We left another resort to come back to the Ventus Ha (the other resort was not well maintained at all). The food was excellent and we were able to enjoy the Adults Only Pool. Diego was the main server there and he absolutely was amazing with his service! He was our main reason for going back to that pool! The pools were super clean and well maintained. Our room was beautiful and with a fully stocked mini fridge We loved that there was a mini cafe available until 10pm - all you can drink coffee, pastries and ice cream. They maintain their grounds very efficiently and beautiful.

The property was nice but the beach was in bad condition with brown water for the week. There was bad standing water smell possibly from the beach. The food options were ok for vegetarian but limited in the breakfast and buffet. Overall, it was good but not much to be done in the surrounding area. No night life and entertainment was mediocre.
