I recently stayed at The Secret Hotel, and it lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from this international chain. The quality of service and food was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The resort as a whole was amazing. The only thing I wish was a little better was the information at check in. There’s a few things that were included in our reservation that we never knew about and never did. We found out on our trip home

Loved every minute! There was a little bit of high pressure bait/switch at check in to “visit” another sister property & go home & tell all our friends & family how great it was -but we heard it was selling a travel club membership & would take almost all day - not sure if that’s true-but didn’t like that so we canceled & were made to feel like it was kind of taking away “someone’s brownie points”…

Property was clean and well-kept. House keepers did an amazing job cleaning. I went out after dinner and came back to a clean room with bed remade and towels/washcloths restocked. Only 1 restaurant on the secrets side that was really good for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, you would have to go on the breathless side for other restaurants and entertainment. Secrets is for sure, the relaxing side, but you get the best of both worlds
